木糖醇是一种五碳糖醇(五碳糖醇),具有内消旋构型,由木糖还原羰基制得。它可用作甜味剂、过敏原、半抗原、人体代谢物、藻类代谢物、酿酒酵母代谢物和小鼠代谢物。
核糖醇是存在于大肠杆菌(K12、MG1655菌株)中或由其产生的代谢物。
据报道,小叶悬钩子(Rubus parvifolius)中也含有木糖醇,并有相关数据。
木糖醇是一种五碳糖醇,由木糖还原羰基制得。它的甜度与蔗糖相当,可用作非致龋甜味剂。
